Evan Hopkins, Principal
Evan has spent 30 years delivering, assuring and recovering complex ERP and transformation programs. He has owned Dynamics 365 programs client-side, led delivery for a Microsoft partner, recovered troubled Tier 1 programs, and built an enterprise PMO that governed a $500m portfolio.
He specialises in privately owned and multi-entity organisations, including consolidating separate businesses onto a single Dynamics 365 platform after mergers and acquisitions. Every Ingenium engagement is led by Evan personally.
